Pádraig (pronounced "paw-rig") was Jacksepticeye's first pet polar bear in his Minecraft series. His first appearance was in episode thirteen The WORST thing has happened in Minecraft.

General

While in an iceberg biome, Jack's first attempt to tame a polar bear failed, when the mother attacked him while he was trying to tame her cub. He later returned and spotted another bear, which he tried taming with fish to no avail and tried putting on a saddle. He then decided to kidnap and take him back home, where Jack immediately named him.

Pádraig was kept inside the cow pen until episode sixteen where he was put into a separate area called the "Polar Play Place" (later renamed "Iceland"). The Polar Play Place had became susceptible to zombies, skeletons, and creepers which spawn unexpectedly. At one point, he managed to help Jack fend off a horde of zombies.

In episode nineteen, I Moved An ENTIRE Country In Minecraft, Jack built a companion for Pádraig called Snowman.

Pádraig's grave

In episode twenty seven We Lost Someone REALLY Special Today In Minecraft, Jack was attempting to hold back creepers that were exploding around Ireland. While doing so, a skeleton got inside Ireland and fired arrows, with Pádraig getting caught in the crossfire, leading to his death. Jack built a grave and an ice palace in his honor then blamed Chuck for everything.
