Tattoos

Jacksepticeye has said that he has always liked the idea of having a tattoo, and had always contemplated getting one, but had always put it off because of nerves and other unmentioned factors. As of 2024, he currently has six tattoos, but is planning on getting more done, mainly on his arms.

Current

Bloodborne

Jack got his first tattoo on August 18th, 2016 on the inside of his right forearm. It is the Bold Hunter's Mark from the game Bloodborne, which is one of Jack's favourite games. He had mentioned getting this tattoo before in his play through of Firewatch, when there was an Easter Egg of the mark carved into some wood. Jack then spoke about how much he loved Bloodborne and how he was thinking about getting a tattoo of that same symbol, which he later did.

Shadow of the Colossus

Jack has said that he has many other ideas for tattoos, especially a Shadow of the Colossus tattoo that he had mentioned on many occasions. When asked when he was going to get the tattoo done, he said that he was going to wait until moving to Brighton. "I think that it would be a good thing to christen the move with," he said in a livestream.

It was unsure what this tattoo would be until later in another livestream, where he said that it would be the popular glyph symbol from the game. He had later confirmed that the glyph would be his second. On December 22nd, 2018, Jack finally unveiled his second tattoo on Twitter. It is on the inside of his left forearm.

Arrival

Announced on October 3rd, 2019, Jack unveiled his third tattoo, which is a symbol from the movie 'Arrival'. The explanation behind it was the symbol held meaning to life which he liked the idea of. The tattoo is located on his right bicep.

Coffee mugs

On June 22nd, 2022, Gab posted a picture with the caption "Sweet beans" on X. The picture showed coffee mugs on the inside of her and Jack's wrists bearing each other's first initial of their first names ('S' and 'E').

Berserk

On August 12th, 2023, Jack showed his fifth tattoo, which is located on the front of his right forearm. In the post, he gave a quote from Kentaro Miura's Berserk: "He died doing what he wanted, no matter what right? I bet he was happy." Jack said the reason he got the tattoo was because the Berserk manga meant a lot to him and he wanted something related to it.

The tattoo that he got is a Behelit from the manga. In the past, Jack has stated several times that he loves Berserk, with two instances being during his Bloodborne series on YouTube and the Trash Taste podcast episode that he was featured on.

Hollow Knight

On June 22nd, 2024 on X Jack showed off his sixth tattoo, which is the Shrumal Warrior enemy from the video game Hollow Knight. It is located on the upper part of his left arm.

Other

PMA

Jack explained in his Jacksepticeye August Charity Livestream that he may get a tattoo of his 2018 motto, PMA, on the inside of his wrist. He had met fans at conventions and after tour shows who ask him to write it before getting it tattooed themselves. He explained that it would be nice to have something positive to remind himself with. As of 2024, this tattoo has not been mentioned or brought up since.
