In the game, the player takes on the role of a janitor in various settings who is tasked with cleaning up the mess left behind in order to pass the level. There have been four updates each offering a different setting and theme:
- Space station
- Shadow Warrior
- Santa's Rampage (Christmas udpate)
- House of Horror (Halloween update)
